First of all, neutral logi isn't neutral if it reps. It becomes aggressed. It's a valid high-sec tactic and if you can't handle it QQ some more. Secondly, our logi was currently supporting our pvp operations on the Jita 4-4 undock. Our mining division was minding their own business when this gank happened.

Mining is the epitome of eve game play. It's for players who choose to create rather then destroy. Other players, like the vicious aggressors who destroyed Dr Artic's Orca, COMPLETELY UNPROVOKED, suffer from diminished intellect.
